Refund policy

At our store, customers can return auto parts within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt. Returned parts must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Returns are accepted if the part is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was provided. After inspection, customers may receive an exchange or refund.

Electrical parts, special orders, and used parts may not be returnable. Returns will not be accepted for parts damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
